Once connected to your Wi-Fi network, your Mibattri battery regularly sends the data described in this Privacy Statement (excluding your Wi-Fi password) to:

• Bluetooth data: Bluetooth-enabled Mibattri Product and may broadcast an identifying signal wirelessly. This is used to connect with your Bluetooth-enabled devices (such as a smartphone or tablet) in order to deliver features like setup or App-based battery monitoring.
• Mobile location data: You may connect Mibattri Products over Bluetooth through device pairing. If you do this, you'll be asked for permission to share location data from your mobile device. If you grant this permission, the Mibattri app uses standard location services built into iOS and Android.

Wherever Mibattri collects personal information about you from someone else, Mibattri will take reasonable steps to advise you.
